6 TIPS TO NEGOTIATE THE BEST PRICE OF A HOUSE

Once you have found the house of your dreams among several homes for sale, it is time to start negotiations with the seller to get the best possible price. Here are some tips for negotiating the best price for this house for sale that you like without affecting the seller's mood and ruin the deal.



1. OFFER LITTLE LESS THAN FAIR

Begin negotiations by offering a price slightly below of what can be considered a fair market price. Try not to offer a price too low than what is a price handled in the market, because if you start with a low bid may adversely severely contaminate the negotiations from the outset and it even can make the seller reject your offer and do not accept a new one. As a suggestion you can offer 9% to 5% below the sale price or market value of the home or property for sale.

 

2. BE INFORMED

Learn as much as you can about the local market to define what would be a fair price to offer for this house for sale. For example, if you have decided to buy a house in a boundary investigate the selling price of recently sold or are currently for sale within the closed area to know the price range that you should evaluate before making its proposal homes.
